Without CloudMedspas- I am not quite sure my business would be where it is today. Choosing to leave a medspa to go out on my own was not completely what I had originally planned, but I thank God everyday for discovering CloudMedspas the day after I resigned and for everyone who welcomed me there with open arms. CloudMedspas allowed me to pick up right back up doing what I love the most and servicing my clients. At 5 months pregnant with a 1 year old at the time, I did not have the bandwidth, energy, nor desire to open my own space in Boston nor did I want to hire any staff. Onboarding process through CloudMedspas, you know, they had. Provided me kind of with like the next steps of what to do and making sure I had, you know, my malpractice insurance my, um, the trainings that I needed to be done access to products.

So I’m getting me set up in the software system. So it really Has been something I probably was practicing, maybe seeing one or two clients a week when I started and it was just took time to build that. And I just kept going and got, you know, further trainings and everything through Cloudmedspas and meeting different providers.

So having a mentorship was the biggest thing that kind of. Um, again, I got connected with through Cloudmedspas and that had totally saved me because I needed to have a mentor in this industry. So having that connection and just going through the motions of it really was beneficial.

For me, it was really just finding out more information. Not that it was too good to be true, but I was like, wait, I can keep my own company, but now I can operate out of here instead of just mobile or concierge, and I can use all of these devices. The CloudMedspas team, all the way up to the owners, was incredibly transparent and helpful. They gave me all the information, and I signed up in one day. Within a week, I was already bringing my clients in. It was seamless—I didn’t have to worry about massive overhead, just covering my membership and the device fees when I used them. It was the best decision for my business.
