Most common questions
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Vansanity operates on a flexible model with no long-term lease requirements.
You can use the space based on your schedule — whether that’s occasional, recurring, or as your practice grows.
What equipment and products are available?
Providers have access to professional-grade aesthetic devices, as well as prescription products and consumables available on-site.
Vansanity also offers product purchasing access, allowing providers to source products through the platform at group-based pricing.
Do I need approval for product purchases?
No. Product access is built into the booking process.
When you book a room, you can also select and order the products you need for your treatments. If medical oversight is required for your practice, it must be in place before using prescription products.
Can I get training before or after joining?
Yes. Vansanity offers training in injectables, dermal fillers, and device-based treatments. Some training is open to non-members, while certain advanced device training may be available only to active providers.
What if I don’t have experience yet?
You can still get started. Vansanity provides access to training, mentorship, and preceptors who can support you as you build experience and confidence.
Training and hands-on support are available, so you can develop your skills before working more independently.
How does booking a room work?
Once you are onboarded, you can book a treatment room based on your schedule through the platform. During booking, you can also select the products you need for your appointments.
The room is prepared in advance, so you can arrive and start seeing your clients. After your session, the space is cleaned and reset for the next provider.
Will Vansanity help me get clients?
Vansanity provides business support, tools, and resources to help you grow your practice.
However, you are responsible for building and managing your own client base.
Do my clients belong to me or Vansanity?
Your clients belong to you. Providers maintain full control over their client relationships, pricing, and services.
Can I start part-time?
Yes. Many providers start part-time and increase their usage as their client base grows.
The flexible booking model allows you to work on a schedule that fits your availability.
Do I need malpractice insurance?
Yes. You are responsible for having appropriate malpractice insurance based on your services and scope of practice.
Vansanity can provide guidance or connect you with insurance options if needed.
How is this different from a med spa?
Vansanity is not a traditional med spa. It is a workspace model that allows independent providers to operate their own practice within an existing clinical environment.
